Project Services is committed to enhancing service delivery and simplifying the way we do business. One initiative to support this has been the implementation of eBusiness products which enable all authorised parties associated with a construction project, to quickly and easily access up-to-date plans and documents. These products include:

ePlan Room is a secured database of comprehensively indexed plans and other documents associated with client agencies’ built assets.

eTender provides electronic access and lodging of tenders to facilitate effective tracking and management of the tender process.

eContract Admin is an electronic web-based system that assists in the management of the contract administration process. It provides a site through which contractors, consultants, clients and other project team members can submit information regarding the contract and view details and progress of items submitted.
