Prequalification for Tenders
Any building industry contractor seeking to undertake government building projects valued at more than $250,000 or any building industry consultant seeking to undertake consultancies associated with government building projects must first become appropriately registered on the whole-of-government Prequalification (PQC) System. Prequalification involves the completion of an application and involves self-assessment against the prequalification criteria of experience, systems, people and business together with statutory and referee checks undertaken by the Department.
