ePlan Room

ePlan Room is a web-based document registration, management and publication system. It is a secured database containing comprehensively indexed plans and other documents associated with Project Services clients’ built assets. Click here to access ePlan Room (for registered users).

The following documentation is published in the ePlan Room:

Scanned and digital documents
Wordprocessed documents, spreadsheets and presentations
(eg PowerPoint documents)
Bills of Quantities
Photographs, videos and web camera images

Authorised users can:

View and print published documents
Download images of published documents
Access an on-line dimensioning tool that supports both metric and imperial dimensions as well as enabling a user to “mark up” a copy of a published plan.

Document integrity is guaranteed. Client agencies are able to set up their users’ access rights on the following parameters:

The individual user
The site(s) that they can access
The period of time that they have this access (if necessary)

The IT infrastructure required to access ePlan Room includes:

A PC with internet access
An imaging setting on the user’s computer system
