Project Services provides professional consultancy services to the public sector and works with a broad range of clients including Queensland Government Departments, Local Government and not-for-profit institutions which receive government funding.
Project Services outsources much of its work to the private sector by packaging and brokering commissions and contracts with consultants and contractors, and managing the commercial interface between Government as client and the building industry. Project Services has a significant role in the development of the Queensland construction industry, brokering and transferring a large share of the Queensland Government’s $2.5 billion annual building capital works budget to private sector consultants and contractors.
