When will I be given responsibility for my own projects?
We will expect your hands-on involvement as soon as you start. Depending upon the level of complexity of the project and your
skill levels, you may be managing projects within the first few weeks!
What is the social life like?
As one of a number of graduate employees, we not only want you to mingle with staff, we encourage it! We have a friendly
work culture and have a firm commitment to treat staff as more that just a number. Project Services has an active social club where
you can relax and meet workmates in an informal environment and network with staff from other disciplines. We have trivia nights,
karaoke and barbeques which you are welcome to attend. We also hold a number of graduate only functions throughout the year. If
you really want to get into the spirit, you can join a sporting team and take part in corporate sporting challenges.
Is there opportunity to travel or relocate?
Yes. You have the opportunity to work at seven offices throughout Queensland. If you are asked to relocate or are promoted to another
location, we offer generous incentives for remote work.
What's my starting salary? How competitive is it?
Your starting salary is competitive and on par with what is being offered in industry. The total remuneration package for graduates

remuneration is just part of the package. As a graduate, you will benefit from our
excellent working conditions which are hard to beat. A salary increment will be payable upon successful completion of the first
year of employment.
If I want to study more, will I be supported?
Yes, Project Services has a generous study and research assistance scheme to support your continuing education. For example,

for university fees, union fees, text books etc.
What's in it for me?
First of all you will be working in an award winning in-house multi-discipline design and management consultancy with some of
industry's best. If you are in a design discipline, you will see how other disciplines integrate and work together to shape the built
environment. Our training is recognised and we guarantee stability of employment.
