Welcome to Project Services website. Project Services delivers a comprehensive professional building consultancy to public and semi-government entities as well as providing effective project management and property services.

The site is organised around seven key categories of information:

This area contains general information about Project Services including the organisation’s mission, organisational chart, awards, markets and business activities. This area also includes a welcome address from the General Manager.

This area outlines the level of professional consultancy services offered by Project Services listed by discipline.

Alphabetically these are Architecture; Asset Management; Building Surveying; Contract Documentation; Engineering Services; Landscape Architecture; Office Interiors; Procurement; Project Management; Property Services; Quantity Surveying; Risk Management; Specialist Engineering and Value Management.

This are defines our capability according to facility type/industry classification and summarises the services offered under each category. This list comprises: Community and Public Housing; Convention and Exhibition Centres; Emergency Services; Health; Heritage; Higher Education; Law, Order and High Security; Offices; Rail, Transport and Industrial; Schools; Sports and Recreation; Tourism and Cultural; Urban Design and Master Planning.

This area is segregated into frequently asked questions (FAQ) information for suppliers and (FAQ) information for current or potential clients.

The eBusiness area acts as a direct portal to all eBusiness sections of the website and comprises eTender, ePlanroom, eProject, Client Reports, Forms and Competent Persons Register.

The News section contains links to Project Services related brochures and media.

Our Features area contains general articles about Project Services’ related People, Projects, Industry and Innovation. These are updated on a regular basis.

This area contains a direct link to Queensland Government advertised positions, information about our Graduate Recruitment Program and a copy of Project Services’ Equal Opportunity Policy.

Type a word or phrase into the 'Search' field at the top right hand corner of the screen and press the 'Go' button for a quick search of all documents on Project Services’ site. The search term used should be a standard search term, and should only use natural language words. The search engine does not support any search operators (such as *).

Pages in Project Services website are organised into sub-categories, which may be nested to many levels due to the volume of information. The site map displays these nested categories, shown with > alongside. Clicking the > expands that category showing the levels below.

Information listed here states the major areas of public contact listed by regional office.

At the top of the page are the drop-down menus. Click on a menu item to move to that area of the site. The drop-down menus are always available within the main area of the site, so there is no need to return to the home page in order to move to a different part of the site.

If you have difficulty reading the content of this website or any website, you can change the Font settings on your PC so that the text characters are larger.

In Netscape 4.0 and 3.0 you can choose: Edit Preferences Appearance Fonts - reset the Font Size to 12 or higher.

For Netscape 2.0 choose: Options General Preferences Font - reset the Font Size to 12 or higher.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0: While you are viewing a website, simply click on the large A on your browser menu bar to enlarge the font.

If your browser is Internet Explorer 4.0: Select View Internet Options Fonts Select Font Size and change to Large.

If you want to increase the size of the document onscreen, go to your desktop, right click on Properties, Go to Settings and to Screen Resolution. Adjust the pixel size (via the slidebar) to change the view.
